Mr. Miller has over twenty years experience in business development and management of customer relations, encompassing a broad range of clientele from retail through to Fortune 100.  As the Director of Business Development and Client Services for a national training and human resource consulting firm, he was key in development and delivery of effective training programs together with establishing meaningful metrics pre- and post-training, both internally and to a substantial client base. His expertise in key message communications and niche positioning was instrumental in support of multiple international training initiatives.

Mr. Miller is a natural leader in the classroom, stemming from a commitment to lifelong learning and a passion for creative business development and management. Effective mentoring at all levels is a natural by-product of his passion.
